Power Equipment Leasing Co. offers all of the Quality Assurance Tests required to ensure the integrity of personnel Aerial Lift Equipment, for all Utility, Communication, Industrial and Construction Agencies.

On Site Inspections Available for Multiple Units

An Annual Service Program assures the owner that proper operation, maintenance and service procedures are adhered to for dependability and safety of Aerial Lift Equipment. This program consists of the following:
Visual and operational inspections of chassis and aerial lift apparatus, analyzing proper adjustments, abnormal wear, and structural failures.
Load and stability tests at a maximum of 1.5 times rated capacity.Insulated aerial lift dielectric tests in accordance with ANSI A92.2 standards utilizing nondestructive direct current testing of fiberglass reinforced plastic booms and inserts.

Also, dielectric tests and analysis of :

• Hydraulic oil.
• Magnetic particle tests of critical weldments.
• Dye penetrant observations of suspected fatigue areas.
• Ultrasonic testing of pins and critical bearing members.
• Certification documentation
  

This entire program is in conformance with all applicable laws and regulations including NFPA, ANSI, OSHA and manufacturer's specifications. Applicable certificates, documents, recorded testimony and seals are issued by PELCO upon completion and acceptance of inspection and testing.
